The stay was enjoyable with a clean, well-maintained room offering nice views. the lack of available cribs was disappointing, and the absence of room service for snacks during late hours was inconvenient. Despite some minor setbacks, the hotel's ambiance and staff performance stood out positively.

Staying here was perfect for a family trip to Universal Studios. The location is fantastic, just a quick walk to the park, making it easy to access early morning attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of five, offering a large bathroom and cozy beds. I was disappointed that the hotel charged for breakfast items that should have been included for our group size.

Incredible Location and Spacious Rooms
The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Universal Studios, making it super convenient for our family. Our room was spacious, offering a stunning view, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay really pleasant. The only downside was the quality of the pull-out sofa bed for the kids, which was not very comfortable.

I stayed at the Hilton Los Angeles-Universal City for two nights. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes from Universal Studios. The park was easily accessible, and the shuttle service made getting around a breeze. The staff greeted me warmly and were always ready to help with any questions. The King Room I had was spacious and had a stunning view. I really loved how comfortable the bed was. I slept quite well each night. However, a few things could use improvement. The water pressure in the shower was on the lower side. It made for a less refreshing shower experience. Also, the dining options felt overpriced, though the quality was decent. The internet charges were frustrating—additional fees just for basic access. Overall, the amenities were great, but some aspects needed a little polish. I definitely appreciated the pool area. it was perfect for relaxing even though I didn’t get to swim this time. The on-site Starbucks is a great perk for grabbing coffee in the mornings too.

missingWrote a review on Oct 16great locationinviting poolexpensive parking
Location right next to Universal Studios allows for quick and easy access to the park, which is a huge plus for anyone wanting to maximize their time. The pool area looked like a chill spot to wind down, though I didn't take a dip myself, the inviting atmosphere was unmistakable.
The restaurant on-site was closed during my stay, leaving limited dining options. Parking was a hassle; my truck couldn’t fit in the garage so I had to fork out $44 a day for valet. I also found the bottled water to be on the ridiculous side—$24 for four bottles? A bit exorbitant for a hotel. A microwave in the room would’ve been helpful too.

missingWrote a review on Sept 22great locationcomfortable poolconvenient shuttleinconsistent shuttle timing
Had an awesome time with my friends! The hotel was close to parks. We went hiking nearby and checked out some great biking trails too. The shuttle made it easy to get around, and the pool was a chill spot. Just a heads up—if you're planning on eating at CityWalk, it closes earlier than you might expect, so plan accordingly!
One downside during our stay was that the shuttle timing could be a bit tricky, especially if you have an early park appointment. We had to walk uphill, which might not be ideal for everyone.

missingWrote a review on Sept 17crowded lobby
The outer lobby felt way too crowded with events happening, making it noisy and chaotic during peak times. I encountered issues with slow elevators, which could be annoying when you're trying to rush to your room after a day at the park. Room service was decent but overpriced, which seems standard, though a bit more variety would’ve been appreciated.
